Your New Role
We're looking for an experienced Developer Analyst (ServiceNow) to join our Technology team and play a key role in developing, optimising and supporting enterprise‐wide ServiceNow solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with Technology Operations, Service Management and business stakeholders to design and deliver digital‐first solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and user experience across the organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate & Productivity Platforms, this is a hands‐on role combining solution design, development and analysis in a complex enterprise environment.
Some responsibilities include:
* Maintain and optimise the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, reliability and security;
* Develop workflows, automation and integrations that streamline IT and business processes;
* Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements; and
* Analyse current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

* Proven experience in a ServiceNow Developer / Analyst or similar role;
* Strong hands‐on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment;
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required);
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (required);
* Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices (ITIL Foundation desirable);
* Experience working in Agile teams and delivery environments;
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills;
* Ability to work closely with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders;
* You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
