**About the Role**:
Efficiently handle all enquiries from a group of designated clients.
Liaise with clients regarding schedule changes and operational issues.
Participate in Client meetings as required or initiated
Attend to incoming calls in a timely manner.
Assist customers with export container release and import delivery order inquiries
Promotion of Value-Added Service as requested.
Adhere to the highest industry standard and reputation for customer responsiveness and consistency of excellence in service.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Completing of year 12 or equivalent or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields
1-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Customer oriented approach with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
Able to multitask and work autonomously with minimum supervision
