Your role
The Administration Officer provides administrative support activities and services, working within tight timeframes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The primary purpose is to support the team/unit by managing administrative and client service functions, including records management, routine correspondence, and meeting coordination.
What You’ll Do
Your day may involve responding to enquiries, providing information to clients, and referring inquiries to client service staff. You will work in an environment committed to growing housing opportunities that prioritize people.
What We’re Looking For
Ability to process business information and maintain administrative systems according to standards and guidelines.
Proficiency with relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation materials for managers and directors.
Understanding of standards and guidelines for creating, storing, retrieving, and tracking files to ensure information safety.
Effective communication skills to coordinate meetings and manage information flow with other business areas.
