We are currently seeking several energetic and passionate individuals to join the team as a Member Services Specialist. Working in a team of Sales & Service Specialists, you will ??be part of a ?supportive team pursuing excellence in Member services. Along the way, ??you ?will develop knowledge of Pleasure craft/ boat components and gain ?underwriting ??skills for analysis and interpretation.
The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members and our community
- **You must have the flexibility to work anytime from 8 am to 8 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday and occasionally from 8 am to 4 pm (AEST) during Saturday/Sunday.**
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Answering a mixture of Inbound calls from Members & Partners; including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing & renewing existing policies and providing general information.
- Managing & responding to own portfolio of daily correspondence
