Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a sales driven and customer focused professional to join our Cairns Airport team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients across various locations.
* Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions for customers.
* Promote and upsell additional products and services to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts and provide expert recommendations.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly inspected before and after rental periods, noting any damages or issues.
* Transport and refuel vehicles as needed, adhering to strict standards and protocols.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly desirable.
* Car rental experience is a plus, but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing).
