The Role
You'll join a high-profile program focused on implementing a new Portfolio Management System within the investments space. Reporting to a Senior Change Manager, this role is responsible for delivering change activities that engage stakeholders, build adoption, and support successful delivery. It's a fantastic opportunity to step into a complex program and broaden your exposure across front, middle, and back-office functions.
* Develop and deliver change management plans and activities
* Partner with stakeholders to assess readiness and drive adoption
* Support communications, engagement, and training initiatives
* Identify risks and resistance points, implementing strategies to address them
* Provide clear reporting and updates on progress and outcomes
About You
* Multiple years' experience in change management (mid-level role)
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, APMG, etc.)
* Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Financial services or investment management experience highly regarded
* Experience supporting Portfolio Management System implementations (e.g. Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River) desirable
