Empire Couriers is a fast-growing, Tasmanian-owned transport and logistics company with a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and great team culture. We're currently seeking a skilled HC (Heavy Combination) Truck Driver to join our Devonport-based team.
About the Role:
Local and regional deliveries across Tasmania
Operating late-model, well-maintained heavy combination vehicles
Completing pre-start checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
Loading/unloading freight (palletised/general)
Liaising with dispatch and customers in a professional manner
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
What We're Looking For:
Valid HC licence (essential)
Proven experience driving HC vehicles safely and efficiently
Sound knowledge of load restraint and fatigue management laws
Forklift licence (desirable)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
