Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team with vision and passion, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer experience and employee engagement.
* Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
* Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays).
* Valid working rights and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
* Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
