Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction are met.Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving / issuing stocks, and monthly high accuracy stock take.Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor.What you'll needPrior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
