Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Property and Facilities Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Property and Facilities to manage a diverse national portfolio of leased and owned assets.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic insight and hands-on execution to drive business outcomes and enhance service delivery.
Partner with business leaders to anticipate and address evolving property needs.
Support the national property strategy through portfolio optimisation, cost control, and lease negotiations.
Maintain robust property systems and lead capital works planning.
Coordinate compliance activities across fire safety, HAZMAT, and preventative maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Degree-level business or real estate qualifications
A solid grasp of property legislation and compliance requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience managing leases, facilities operations, commercial fitouts, and make good obligations
Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Familiarity with project management principles and a customer-centric mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
