About the Role
This role involves providing technical support and customer service to clients with high quality printers, photocopiers, and production devices. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies, and strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients
* Resolving complex technical issues with printers, photocopiers, and production devices
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
* Previous experience in photocopier and printer servicing is essential
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and organisational skills are required
* A valid Australian driver's licence and ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check are mandatory
* Fluent English written and verbal skills are also required
