Job Title: Carer Recruiter

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process for carers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for carers and nurses, ensuring compliance with Aged Care and NDIS requirements.
* Oversee training, onboarding, and compliance processes.
* Build strong, professional relationships with candidates, clients, and their families.
* Represent the organization at recruitment expos, community events, and networking opportunities.
* Engage with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled casual workforce.
* Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and quality improvement.

* A thorough understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care sector is essential.
* Experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Confident with technology, recruitment systems, and CRM platforms.
* Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and positive team contribution.
