About the Opportunity
Australian Agribusiness is currently seeking a permanent full time Demand & Supply Planner to join our experienced Supply Chain team in Rhodes. Reporting in through the Demand Manager, this dynamic role will support national demand requirements, support S&OP, distribution and inventory efficiency, whilst contributing to continuous improvement projects to support overall business objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
* Monitoring stock levels across multiple locations to ensure timely replenishment & avoidance of stock-outs or overstock situations
* Maintaining and improving the demand forecast for the business, through stakeholder engagement and system data management
* Collating and analysing business data to ensure insight driven inputs for S&OP across the business
* Supporting the team as a key contact for supply and inventory related queries
* Managing back orders and substitution scenarios
* Masterdata maintenance for planning and inventory parameters
* Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects through cross functional engagement
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary education in a related field (considered as an advantage)
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a demand and supply planning environment
* Chemical Ag/General Ag experience (preferred)
* Knowledge of, and experience with, using ERP systems and forecasting software (Microsoft D365 F&O and Netstock experience highly desirable)
* Proven advanced excel skills and power query, to manipulate large data sets and translate data to develop multi-layer business communications.
