About the Role
The Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering funded community projects from planning to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, budget, and timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and implement community programs and initiatives.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation.
* Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
* Maintain accurate project records and reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and funding bodies.
* Ensure compliance with funding agreements and reporting requirements.
* Support evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
* Qualification in Project Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, Policy, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or program delivery.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Experience working in community or NFP settings is desirable.
