We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team at the Clubhouse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational aspects, supervising staff, managing performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure employees provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
* Supervise and manage staff performance, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
* Assist with functions and training of new staff members.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
* Current certifications in RSA, RSG, and RMLV.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Food Handling Certificate.
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar-sized establishment.
* 5 years minimum hands-on experience in beverage and gaming management.
