Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data & Performance Officer to join our performance team on a 12-month fixed‐term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis and delivering key reporting to support business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement and driving performance enhancements using both qualitative and quantitative data.

Your new role

  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with the ability to provide strategic analysis and actionable insights for business improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, contractual, industry codes, and company policies.
  • Review and manage process and policy improvements across the business unit.
  • Collaborate with team members to derive conclusions and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational and organisational design initiatives.

About you

  • A minimum of 1 year of case management experience within Workers Compensation, preferably using Guidewire Claim Centre.
  • Experience with data reporting and analysis is highly valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights in an explicit and actionable way.
  • Strong strategic and problem‐solving mindset, with a focus on identifying solutions to business challenges.
  • Practical experience in continuous improvement methods and techniques.
  • Skills: Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Business Process Analysis, Critical Thinking, Customer Service, Data Analysis, Detail‐Oriented, Intentional collaboration, Managing performance, Prioritization, Problem Solving, Report Writing, Risk Management, Standards Compliance, Trend Analysis.
