Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, in your role as Store Manager, you will assume the responsibility of achieving the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators, all while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations. What to expect on a day to day? Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues as they arise Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role Monitor, review and manage store sales performance against targets, driving improvements as required Complete rosters and manage store administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements Ensure all team members maintain strong product knowledge, store presentation, stock presentation and housekeeping standards About You Previous experience in retail management essential Passion for, or experience in homewares highly regarded Strong interest or qualifications in interior design / decoration highly regarded Strong leadership skills with the ability coach and develop team members Exceptional customer focus, being passionate about the customer and the brand Let’s talk Benefits: Up to $2000 of merchandise, cook with what you sell!
