Lead Kitchen Specialist
Our goal is to recruit a seasoned kitchen leader for our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant education, at least three years of experience as a chef specializing in Vietnamese cuisine, and a genuine passion for culinary creation and cooking.
* Develop and implement effective food preparation methods, including seasoning and cooking, to meet recipe specifications and ensure consistent quality.
* Accommodate diverse dietary and special requirements in all food preparation and cooking processes.
* Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes throughout various stages, from preparation and cooking to final presentation.
