About the job Order Entry Clerk - Weekend work
* The primary point of contact for customers of our wholesale business
* Working from Work From Home at Homebush West
Wholesale responsibilities
* Input daily customer orders (received via standing orders, phone, email and text message) before production deadline
* Create a daily production report with any checklists or special requests for dispatch and organise delivery notes
* Create credit notes for any product or delivery issues and liaise with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome
* Update management with any feedback from customers (irregularities or new requests)
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment preferably in a similar role
* Proficient with computers and software applications
* Able to think quickly and help customers get a positive result
Working arrangements
* Needs to be available every weekend between 11am-3pm
