**Your new role**
Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be managing the workforce planning for a mix of over 500 permanent and temporary staff. You will manage effective and efficient rostering for all team members for all departments across all the shifts. You will deliver weekly and monthly reporting to support strategic decision making.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have previous workforce planning experience and preferably within a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player with experience building supplier relationships on a large organisation. Along with this you will have the ability to create planning models, process monitoring and reporting skills.
