About the role :
Manage a quality portfolio of SME clients while contributing to team leadership and firm strategy. Work closely with the Director and oversee both onshore and offshore workflow.
Manage SME clients with turnovers from $1M to $50M
Review work completed by the offshore team
Support and guide the local team
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Oversee workflow and deliver high-quality outcomes
Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning and growth
Skills & Experience:
CA or CPA qualified
Proven ability to lead teams within public practice
Experienced in managing complex client portfolios
Confident in mentoring, reviewing, and developing staff
Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills
