Manager, Process Optimisation

Work type: Full-time, 3-year fixed term
Location: Geelong (hybrid flexible working)

About the role The Manager, Process Optimisation provides strategic leadership and specialist advice on improving processes across core business functions. This role will lead and facilitate the identification of reform opportunities, drive efficiencies, and create opportunities for automation across the enterprise.
You will be responsible for establishing a process optimisation capability, applying structured frameworks, and embedding continuous improvement practices that deliver sustainable outcomes for both the business and its clients.

Key accountabilities:

- Lead, develop and implement a process optimisation capability with an end-to-end, value-stream focus.
- Build, implement and execute frameworks to assess current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process re-engineering initiatives in line with organisational strategy and business priorities.
- Prioritise process areas for optimisation in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Facilitate and deliver continuous improvement initiatives using recognised methodologies to achieve measurable operational improvements.
- Partner with technology and operational teams to enable process automation and digitisation.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations for process improvements through research, data analysis, and industry best practice.

The Enterprise Transformation Division is responsible for delivering strategic priorities in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, enhances employee and client experience, and achieves measurable business impact.

What we're looking for:

- Significant experience in designing and delivering process optimisation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project methodologies and business analysis approaches to drive process improvement.
- Proven experience in leading teams, coaching others, and providing subject matter expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing capability.
- Experience engaging with senior and executive stakeholders to enable organisational change.
