Wellways is a leading not‐for‐profit mental health and disability support organisation operating across Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Tasmania. This role is the Service Integration Lead based in Gold Coast/Scenic Rim, QLD and reports to the Service Manager.
Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Counsellors, Coaches, Peer Support Facilitators, and Carer Hub Navigators to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred services through the Carer Gateway program.
* Embed community development strategies, build strong community partnerships and strengthen local capacity.
* Ensure services are inclusive, trauma‐informed, and culturally safe, reflecting the unique needs of the local region.
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align services with local priorities and KPIs.
* Oversee the integration of multiple programs to provide a holistic, relational model of care.
* Serve as the point of contact for community partnership development and local capacity building.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a social science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
* Demonstrated experience working within the local community in Caring, Mental Health, Community, Disability or Health Sciences sectors.
* Experience delivering services to families and carers, mental‐health issues, rehabilitation practices, and disability services.
* Understanding of the impact of mental‐health and disability on service users, their families, carers and the community.
* Right to work in Australia and a current valid driver's licence with willingness to undertake some travel.
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
* Successful National Police Records Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.

* Salary: SCHADS Level6B ($53.84‐$56.22ph) plus superannuation and salary‐packaging benefits.
* Hybrid work arrangement: 1 day remote, 4 days in office.
