About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of technical products, driving business outcomes, and influencing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Hire, evaluate, and supervise a team. Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop the team. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures.
* Oversee technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. Drive the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.
* Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standard processes that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
* Coach technical product teams towards standard processes and takeaways. Oversee product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as needed.
* Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external partners.
* Own the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products. Define and analyze markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
* Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
* Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
* Drive the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
* Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred. Previous people-leadership experience strongly preferred.
* Working knowledge of digital product management concepts and practices.
* Strategic problem solver with a creative, solution-oriented approach.
* Proven people leadership with experience building and guiding high-performing teams.
* Strong business acumen with relevant experience in investment operations, including middle office functions (e.g., IBOR, reconciliation, corporate actions), IMG services (e.g., investor cash, portfolio insight), or fund services and oversight (e.g., financial reporting, fund accounting, treasury, and tax).
