Your Role
As a Bar Attendant, you will deliver polished service across our premium bar venues and help create elevated, memorable moments for every guest. You'll bring confidence, personality, and technical skill to a dynamic resort environment.
Where you'll make an impact
* Deliver knowledgeable, professional service across cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and coffee
* Prepare and present cocktails to a consistently high standard, even under pressure
* Engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and warm hospitality
* Collaborate closely with a skilled bar team to support seamless operations
* Maintain exemplary hygiene, organisation, and RSA compliance
* Work flexibly across a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and split shifts
What we're looking for
You are an experienced bar professional with strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment. This role requires demonstrated bar experience in premium venues.
To be successful, you will have:
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a high-end bar or premium hospitality venue
* Strong cocktail knowledge and hands‐on experience in fast‐paced service
* A polished, confident, and professional approach with excellent communication skills
* A passion for delivering five-star guest experiences
* Current QLD RSA or nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (essential)
* Valid Driver's Licence (advantageous but not essential)
