**Salary Package**:
$80,000 base + super - $110,000 OTE (Overall package will grow as you build your client base into year 2, year 3 etc.)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Agent to join the dynamic team in Tullamarine, Melbourne. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales and building strong customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively prospect businesses in various sectors that would benefit from our vending machine services.
- On the road daily to conduct site visits and face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored vending solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our vending solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and track all client interactions in a CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Confident with conducting daily site visits to prospect businesses and creating opportunities to present the vending solution.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel daily within the Greater Melbourne area and surrounding regions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
