What you'll do
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at Greenslopes Private Hospital. As the Clinical Pharmacist you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.
* provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
* Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
* Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel
What you'll bring
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
* High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
* You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
* Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
Requirements
* Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
* According to the role Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
