The KENT WORDWIDE Consumer Brand Business in APAC is a leading provider of a portfolio offering both Petcare solutions and Food & Beverage products.
The petcare business is a leading provider of sustainable pet care solutions, with a product portfolio across the cat litter, small animal bedding, bird seed, pet treats and pet supplements categories. Our business has experienced significant growth in the last four years – due to organic growth, innovation and acquisition.
With 7 manufacturing sites across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and in the UK, and a worldwide network of distributors and retailers, our products are sold in over 20 countries worldwide. We employ over 300 people in our pet business around the world.

About the role
As Dispatch/Packing Supervisor, you will:
* Lead and motivate warehouse and packing teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high morale.
* Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with world-class standards.
* Oversee accurate order assembly, loading of outbound vehicles, and third-party deliveries.
* Manage rosters, resources, and overtime within budget.
* Conduct incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and champion continuous improvement.
* Operate equipment (including forklifts) safely and support general warehouse activities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in a warehousing, dispatch, or logistics environment.
* Strong knowledge of warehousing and dispatch standards.
* Certificate in Warehousing or Logistics (desirable).
* Forklift license (desirable).
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
* Ability to problem-solve, analyze data, and manage change effectively.
