With the Christmas rush just around the corner, they're looking for an experienced MR Driver to help keep deliveries moving - and make sure everyone gets their festive purchases on time
Your new role
You'll be responsible for:
* Driving an automatic Medium Rigid (MR) Pantech truck safely and professionally
* Delivering freight to key businesses in the ACT and surrounding areas
* Assisting with loading and unloading both by hand and with trolleys
* Maintaining general cleanliness of the truck
* Completing all necessary paperwork for deliveries and providing excellent customer service
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for this position, you'll have:
* Experience driving around the Canberra area, especially backing into tight loading docks/driveways
* A current MR License and experience driving MR trucks
* The ability to pass a functional fitness assessment, including a drug and alcohol test, for transition from temporary to permanent after probation
