About the Role
This is a community-based OT role that involves managing a mixed caseload across the lifespan within the NDIS framework. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, interventions and planning to increase people's function and independence in all aspects of their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain responsibility for client caseloads, ensuring alignment with policies and funding requirements.
2. Perform OT-specific assessments aimed at enhancing capacity, function and social engagement across various settings.
3. Assess, plan and manage home modifications to support accessibility and independence.
4.
