We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and deliver engaging programs for primary-age children, foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents, and lead a team of Educators onsite.
* Develop and facilitate an exciting child-centered program incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities.
* Establish strong connections with children, the school, community, and parents through effective communication and relationship building.
* Manage a team of Educators, including roster management, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role within our organization.
The successful candidate will be empowered to grow their skills as a leader through mentorship and support from regional managers who visit regularly.
