The Role:
* Proactively grow portfolio through new and existing clients across residential and small commercial markets
* Deliver on budgeted financials and consistently exceed growth targets within the assigned territory
* Manage key accounts and monitor performance through regular site visits, reviews and call planning
* Ensure effective price management, including implementing price rises and managing credits
* Utilise CRM for reporting, pipeline management, and account planning
Your Background:
* Proven sales experience in the residential or commercial construction industry
* Track record of growth within an account portfolio
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
* Proficiency with a CRM
