About This Role
As an Administrative Support Officer within the Queensland Drug and Alcohol Court (QDAC), you will play a vital role in supporting a multiagency team to deliver efficient, client‐focused services in a dynamic health and justice environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations of the QDAC Queensland Health Team
* Deliver professional front desk and reception services, including managing enquiries, coordinating communications, and supporting clients, staff, and visitors
* Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across key systems, supporting compliance with legislative and organisational requirements
* Assist with a broad range of administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, record management, and cross‐team support as needed

You are an organised and adaptable administration professional who thrives in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering respectful, client‐centred service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
* Proven ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in a busy environment
* Demonstrated attention to detail and experience managing data and documentation within administrative or health‐related systems
