Role responsibilities and requirements:
9. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
10. Food Safety Supervisory Certification
11. Previous experience in Head Chef roles
12. Create your seasonal menu in consultation with residents
13. Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
14. Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
15. Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
