Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager / HR Specialist to join a leading building materials company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the company's overall HR management, team structure and coordination.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, job descriptions, and performance management systems.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, build and grow a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate new employee training and internal capability development programs.
Assist management in high-level meetings, events, and communication with business partners.
Build effective performance and incentive systems, and promote a positive company culture.
Work closely with department heads to ensure compliance with Australian labour and employment laws (Fair Work regulations).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, HR management skill will be a plus.
Familiarity with Australian employment regulations (Fair Work Act).
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills.
A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
