This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced skilled to join a dynamic team and manage the end-to-end loan application process.The RoleYou will be responsible for interviewing customers and providing expert guidance on our lending criteria for both home and personal loans.
Your primary duties will involve the comprehensive assessment of loan applications, ensuring thorough analysis of eligibility, character, affordability, and security.Loading and processing applications through the Loan Origination SystemAdvising members of their approval statusPreparing all necessary contracts and compliance documentsManaging loan administration tasks like processing variations and handling discharge requestsIdentifying business development opportunities and ensuring all lending activities comply with regulatory codes and policies, including the Financial Services Reform (FSR) legislationManaging a pipeline of applications and maintaining clear communication with customers and third-party solicitorsCollaborating with supervisors to workshop scenarios to achieve the best customer outcomesWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has a proven track record in consumer credit assessment and is available to start immediately.
