This role is pivotal in overseeing the efficient storage, movement, and distribution of explosive ordnance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Utilize data-driven tools to coordinate the storage and movement of EO stock, prioritizing workflows.
* Supervise and mentor a skilled warehousing team, focusing on performance management and training.
* Manage inventory records and participate in stocktake and reconciliation activities.
* Oversight of loading/unloading operations, vehicle usage, and facility inspections is also required.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
