What Your Role Will Look Like
No two days are the same! As an Attendant Care Worker, you will deliver person-centred care to support clients with various daily living activities. Your duties may include personal care, medication assistance, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you will support clients to achieve their personal goals. We value employees who enjoy a dynamic workplace and want to develop their skills.
This role offers flexible shift lengths, ranging from 3 to 10 hours, working 1-on-1 in the community with clients.
To Be Successful in This Role
* You will demonstrate a passion for working with both mental and physical disabilities.
* You enjoy challenges and celebrate small victories.
* You demonstrate empathy and a caring attitude.
* You hold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid certification.
* You are fully COVID vaccinated.
* You have the right to work in Australia.
* Relevant qualifications are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
