About the Role
* Greeting on-site visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments
* Assisting with daily office functions, including document management and generating reports for relevant departments
* Perform basic accounting tasking, including invoicing, and generating reports.
* Taking incoming calls and providing customers with solutions to their queries or directing them to the correct department
* Performing outgoing calls as required to lost or new customers
* Assisting Sales Manager and Depot Managers as required
* Data entry into Excel and Pronto
Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work
* Positive can-do attitude
* Experience with Excel preferred
* Self-sufficient but able to work collaboratively between multiple departments
* Problem-solving
