About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Corporate Tax team, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional taxation services to our clients.
You will work closely with our global tax network to provide strategic advice on corporate tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, and financing. Your expertise will enable clients to make informed decisions and meet their corporate tax compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on corporate tax legislation to clients across a range of sectors, including ASX listed companies and multinational corporations.
* Deliver comprehensive taxation services, including corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
* Collaborate with our specialist teams to bring expertise to our clients, including international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, and transactions.
* Supervise junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance and collaboration.
