**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in leading our culture of quality movement by effectively managing all facets and stages of Human Resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and acting as a point of expertise when supporting leadership members to navigate and resolve moderate to complex HR matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Staff Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* HR Expertise: Provide expert advice and support to leadership members on HR-related matters.
**Requirements**
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
* Qualifications: Certificate IV or higher in Human Resource Management (or willing to obtain).
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and good IT skills.
