Tender & Contracts Coordinator Role

About the Position
* Manage the entire tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring all documentation and evaluation meets requirements.
* Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to gather input for tender responses, leveraging expertise and knowledge.
* E nsure timely and accurate tender submissions meet expectations and deadlines.
* Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements, maintaining compliance and governance.
* Maintain an up-to-date centralized contract register and oversee renewals and compliance processes.
* Monitor contract performance and address risks or issues promptly, ensuring optimal outcomes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries across the organization, providing expert guidance and support.
* Drive continuous improvement in tendering and contract management processes, identifying best practices and implementing efficiencies.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in contracts and tender coordination, preferably within mining, construction, or heavy industry.
* A strong understanding of contract administration and procurement practices, with the ability to apply knowledge effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Experience with ERP systems is desirable, as is familiarity with AS/NZS contract standards.
