About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Qualifications in Quality Management / business improvement or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and management of the theory and practice of quality management and accreditation processes
* Ability to support, lead and deliver quality and/or continuous improvement programs across a diverse national organisation
* Broad and proven experience in service delivery review, development, and implementation
* Proven experience in policy and procedure development
* Successful track record in managing projects
* Solid leadership and stakeholder relationship experience
* Proven experience and successful track record in a comparable role or discipline(s) in the public/community, private housing sector or transferable sector
