About the Role

Lead a high-volume production operation as a Sous Chef, ensuring consistency in quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor daily operations, payroll, costs, and guest satisfaction.
* Participate in menu preparation and develop training plans.
* Support shift briefings to ensure smooth handovers.


Requirements

* Senior chef experience in a production or events setting.
* Ability to drive quality and consistency, with a focus on cost controls.
* Basic computer skills essential.
* Full working rights to commit 40 hours per week, including day shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
