S & L Bakery Trading as The Cheesecake Shop Glenorchy is looking for a highly motivated person to work in our fast paced cake shop;
This is a casual position, looking for independent and flexible team member, need to be available weekdays Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, 9am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm and some weekends.
Being the first point of contact for customers, this is an important role and would suit a friendly, well organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
* Provide excellent customer service
* Setting up the shop front and serving
* Customer service – assisting customers with special orders and everyday range
* Answering phone calls
* Point of Sale System. Perform cash register procedures/transactions
* Perform end of day procedures
* Follow procedures and operations manual
* Replace products in showcase, additionally, rotate showcase products
* Maintaining store front
* Display new merchandising material
* Rotate stock
* Date all products according
* Complete training video lessons
* Cleaning
* Coolroom/Chiller – Rotate stock
* Phone calls
* StockTake
* Assisting Decorators and Baker as required
* Maintain Food Safety Plan and Workplace Health & Safety Reports
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $23.24 – $33.19 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
