Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
* Monitor project progress, update and replan schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resources allocations
* Analyse schedule data to identify potential delays or bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate scheduling and reporting
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards on project status, highlighting schedule performance, risks, and opportunities
* Assign resources and assist in resource planning based on project needs and timelines
* Ensure project schedules comply with contractual requirements and company standards
Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in engineering, construction, or related industries. Including large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
* Professional certification in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalent)
* Proficient in scheduling software, including P6 and MS Project
* Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and experienced in Earned Value Management (EVM)
* Familiarity with project cost control and budgeting
* Strong knowledge of contract management and project compliance
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in scheduling and reporting
