They are now looking to hire a Construction Estimator who will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's projects through precise estimation and comprehensive assessment.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings.
* Input data accurately into estimating templates.
* Prepare tender scopes of work.
* Compare and review construction changes between drawing revisions.
* Ensure the estimating documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent.
* Follow established estimating processes and procedures.
Qualifications
* Construction Management/ Quantity surveying degree (preferable).
* A minimum of 3 years of hands‐on experience in a construction estimating role.
* Proficiency in utilising Bluebeam Revu for efficient project estimation.
* Strong command of MS Word and MS Excel for effective documentation and analysis.
* A proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* A positive \"can-do\" attitude that thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy at every stage.
