We are seeking a Senior
Human Resources Manager
to join our growing team in our Dandenong South Head Office.
This is a
permanent, full-time position

Hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role
* Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment, including identifying and leading diverse sourcing strategies.
* Management of onboarding employees and delivering a solid employee experience; leading capability development, goal setting, and employee engagement initiatives
* Actively participate in disciplinary and performance management processes and any other HR function necessary for the business to ensure compliance with relevant workplace legislation.
* Reporting of HR statistics on a monthly basis.
* Participation in and minute-taking of HR meetings.
* Preparing and issuing of employment documents including employment contracts, termination documents, general employee letters, and position descriptions.
* Responsible workers compensation claims management and managing RTW programs.
* Management of the QMS (Quality Management System)
* Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR policies and procedures
* Monthly reporting to Executive team
* Provide expert advice, interpretation, and support to management on Employee Relations matters and Industrial Agreements
* Develop/coordinate training for staff in areas such as OHS, IR/ER, and mental health awareness
* Drive workplace health, safety, and well-being strategies, systems, and initiatives
* Development of company departmental policies, procedures, and processes
* Travel to interstate sites (as required)
What We're Looking For
* Be empathetic and approachable with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
* Experience with HRM Systems (Employment Hero)
* An understanding of OHS requirements and WorkCover is highly regarded
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is advantageous but not essential
* Experience working within a warehousing or transport environment is desirable
