Mobile Crane Operator and Rigging Specialist

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials and equipment. They will also perform advanced rigging duties, including installation, maintenance, and dismantling of rigging systems.
This role requires collaboration with construction teams and site supervisors to meet daily project needs, ensuring compliance with rigging procedures and slinging techniques.
A valid driver's license, Construction White Card, and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials and equipment
* Perform advanced rigging duties, including installation, maintenance, and dismantling of rigging systems
* Collaborate with construction teams and site supervisors to meet daily project needs
* Ensure compliance with rigging procedures and slinging techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications
* CN, C6 or CO High-Risk Work Licence (Crane Operation)
* Basic or Intermediate Riggers High-Risk Work Licence
* Truck Driver's Licence (HR, HC, or MC)
* Other High-Risk Work Licences (WP, DG, RB, LF, SB)
* Safe Work at Heights certification
* Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
