Job Description
As the E-Commerce Manager for Australia and New Zealand, you will own the end to end online customer journey and drive digital growth. This role is a blend of strategy, execution, and innovation, offering the opportunity to influence every element of the e-commerce business, while mentoring a small team and collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing strategies that drive conversion, AOV, and customer loyalty.
Managing site performance, product listings, and UI/UX to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences.
Leading digital marketing initiatives across email, social, SEM, and marketplaces.
Using data-driven insights to optimise CRM, pricing, and promotional activities.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Tech teams to deliver impactful campaigns and projects.
The Successful Applicant
5-7 years' experience in e-commerce management, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on traffic and sales.
Analytical mindset with expertise in KPIs such as CVR, AOV, and CLV.
Customer focused approach to UI/UX and online merchandising.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Australian residency required (no current or future sponsorship available).
